Melbourne University visions is a fortnightly video magazine about the University of Melbourne.
Visions is delivered via vodcast (video podcast), download, and on-demand streaming.
Think of a vodcast as the video version of an audio podcast.
To watch a Visions episode as an on-demand stream, click on the View Now icon or the
button.
You will need a PC or Macintosh with broadband connection. It is
recommended that the downstream speed of your broadband connection be
at least 512 kbps.
You will also need the Adobe Flashplayer plugin (version 8 or higher).
Windows XP, Windows Vista and Macinstosh OS 10.4 come preloaded with
the Flashplayer plugin. If your computer does not have the Flashplayer
plugin or has an older version of the plugin, you can download it from
the Adobe website.
To download an episode of Visions, click on the Download Now link or the
button.
In general, you will need the Apple iTunes software installed in your computer to play the downloaded file.
The iTunes software may be downloaded from the iTunes download page of the Apple website.
A broadband connection is highly recommended.
Subscribing to a vodcast means that the latest episode of Visions will
automatically get downloaded to your computer when the episode becomes
available
You will need a PC or Macintosh with an internet connection - a broadband connection is highly recommended.
You will need the iTunes software or a suitable podcatcher (software for subscribing to podcasts) installed in your computer.

If you have the iTunes software loaded on your computer, click on the iTunes link or the
button to subscribe to our podcast via the iTunes Music Store.

Please note that you will most probably need the appropriate codec
