The Melbourne Model is undoubtedly a big strategic change for the University. But just why and how did the change come about? Visions had cameras in the lecture theatre as students enrolled in the ‘Managing Strategic Change’ subject were treated to guest lectures by Professor Glyn Davis amongst others, and were then graded on final presentations as to how they would approach strategic change like the Melbourne Model. We also go take in the sights and sounds of the Graduate School launch on Friday October 26.
