University of Melbourne researchers are investigating how a lack of exposure to the sun and Vitamin D deficiency is causing health problems for refugees.

A study led by the University of Melbourne, Western Health and the Royal Melbourne Hospital is underway to assess the efficacy of high dose Vitamin D in refugee patients from Sudan and Burma where TB is prevalent.
