Visions talks to Dr Sally Gras from the University's School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering/Bio21 Institute about her team’s work to understand more about the cheese making process.

Dr Gras is working with Dairy Innovation Australia Ltd and dairy production companies to apply this knowledge to further increase cheese quality and allow greater control during manufacturing.
