As Australia's housing bubble continues unhindered, Visions talks to Professor Ian Ramsay from the Melbourne Law School about his new research into home loan exit fees.  His study shows that consumers are vulnerable to large fees when refinancing or terminating their loan depending on the type of institution providing the loan.
